Dear All,

We are extremely pleased to announce that the 5th Conference of PhD Students and Young Researchers "The Guitar in Scientific Research" is scheduled to take place on the 9^th of April 2025. The event is organised by the Department of Music at Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa.

It is already the fifth edition of this event dedicated to young scholars from Poland and abroad interested in the subject of the guitar in various musical and cultural contexts. This edition of the conference will once again be opened with an inaugural lecture by an invited guest – prof. dr hab. Tomasz Spaliński from the University of Silesia. The event will conclude with a concert at the Bronisław Huberman Częstochowa Philharmonic, which will take place simultaneously as part of the "University Evenings" concert series.

We encourage everyone to actively participate in the conference, as well as to exchange knowledge, experience and insights together. Below you will find the regulations and poster of the conference, as well as the sign-up form for active participants
