Dear All,

We are extremely pleased to announce that the 4th Conference of PhD Students and Young Researchers "The Guitar in Scientific Research" is scheduled to take place on April 17-18, 2024. The event is organized by the Department of Music at Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa.

It is already the fourth edition of this event dedicated to young scholars from Poland and abroad interested in the subject of the guitar in various musical and cultural contexts. The fourth edition of the Conference will be once again opened with an inaugural lecture by an invited guest - prof. dr hab. Marek Nosal from the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice.

The scientific supervision is provided by dr hab. Ewa Jabłczyńska, prof. JDU. The event is coordinated by UJD doctoral students Wojciech Wojtuch MA, Wojciech Gurgul MA, and Marcin Kuźniar MA.

We encourage everyone to actively participate in the Conference, as well as to exchange knowledge, experience and insights together. Below you will find the regulations and poster of the Conference, as well as the sign-up forms for active and passive participants.
